Our service utilizes third-party AI processing infrastructure. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your content through our AI processing partners' systems, subject to their terms of service and data retention policies.

3. Third-Party AI Processing Services

Our AI-Powered Polaroid Photo Maker functionality is provided through integration with advanced AI infrastructure including NanoBanana AI model. This integration involves:

3.1 Data Processing by AI Service Providers

Your uploaded images and text prompts are transmitted to our AI service providers for processing
our AI service providers processes your content to generate Polaroid-style images with vintage aesthetics
Generated retro-style Polaroid memories are returned to our service and displayed to you
our AI service providers retains your data for up to 7 days for debugging and monitoring purposes
After 7 days, your data is automatically deleted from our AI service providers's systems

3.2 Your Responsibilities

You acknowledge and consent to the processing of your content by our AI service providers
You agree to comply with our AI service providers's acceptable use policies
You warrant that you have the right to upload and process any content you submit
You understand that our AI service providers's availability may affect our service performance

3.3 Service Limitations

Service availability depends on our AI service providers's infrastructure and uptime
Processing times may vary based on our AI service providers's current load
We may be required to comply with our AI service providers's rate limits and usage restrictions
Some features may be limited by our AI service providers's model capabilities

4. User Accounts and Google Authentication

4.1 Google Account Requirement

To access our Service, you must sign in using your Google account through Google's OAuth authentication system. We do not store your Google password or have access to your Google account credentials. By signing in, you consent to Google sharing your basic profile information (name and email) with our service.

NSFW content: Any content not appropriate for workplace or general audiences
Violent or graphic content: Excessive violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
Hate speech or discriminatory content: Content promoting hatred or discrimination
Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations

5.5 Enforcement and Consequences

6. Intellectual Property Rights

This license is temporary and terminates when your content is deleted from our AI service providers's systems (within 7 days).

6.2 Generated Content

You own the AI-generated images created using our Service, subject to compliance with these Terms. However, similar content may be generated for other users based on similar prompts.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Subscription Plans

7.3 Refund Policy

7.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Self-service cancellation: You may cancel your active subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will prevent the next renewal charge and you may continue to use paid features until the current billing cycle ends.

Immediate cancellation & refund: If you wish to reverse a subscription charge immediately after purchase, please email support@aipolaroid.com within 24 hours. Our team will void or refund that transaction in accordance with card-network rules.

Refund window: You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original charge. We will deduct the monetary value of any generation credits you have already used and refund the unused portion to the original payment method. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. EU/UK consumers retain the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital content unless they expressly waive it by starting to use the service immediately.

7.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email and will have the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
Update our AI models and processing capabilities
Implement usage limits and fair use policies
Perform maintenance and technical upgrades
